Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SensAI.PT application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Subscription prices, durations, and features are displayed within the App and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be displayed in the App Store or Google Play Store before the renewal occurs.
Managing Your Subscription:
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms and auto-renewal policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. All subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google, and we do not store or process your payment information.
All payments for subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of the respective app store.
Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in accordance with their respective refund policies. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@sensai.pt or submit a refund request through the app store where you made the purchase.
We do not have access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds directly. All payment and refund matters are handled by Apple or Google through their respective app stores.
The Service requires access to your device's camera to provide AI form checking features. By using the camera feature, you agree that:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel any active subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SensAI.PT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SensAI.PT regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
