Video recordings: We do not store video recordings. Exercise videos recorded using the camera feature are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. Videos are not transferable across devices, even if you use the same account on multiple devices.

Camera and Video Data

SensAI.PT requires access to your device's camera to provide AI form checking. When you use the camera feature, we use video recordings of your exercises for:

• Exercise form analysis: analyzing your exercise form in real-time to identify and track body parts and joints to compare your form against optimal exercise execution patterns
• Form feedback: providing detailed feedback on your exercise form, including areas where you excel and areas that need improvement
• Personalized recommendations: generating exercise recommendations and workout plan adjustments based on your form analysis results

Video storage: We do not store video recordings. Videos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. Videos are not transferable across devices, even if you use the same account on multiple devices.

Only the form analysis results (scores, feedback, body part alignment data, and improvement recommendations) are stored on our servers so you can track your progress over time. The actual video files remain on your device only.

Data stored server-side: The following data is stored on our servers and synchronized across your devices: workout plans, workout logs, diet plans, meal logs, form check analysis results (not videos), HIIT session data, and progress tracking information.

Usage Data

We collect usage data automatically to improve our services. This includes:

• Device information (device type, operating system)
• App usage patterns (which features are used, how often)
• Performance data (app crashes, errors, response times)
• IP address (for security and service delivery)

Use of Your Personal Data

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service, including AI-powered exercise form analysis
• To provide AI form checking: analyzing your exercise form (videos processed locally on your device) and storing analysis results on our servers for progress tracking
• To generate personalized workout and meal plans based on your fitness goals and preferences
• To track your fitness progress using your workout logs, nutrition data, and form analysis results
• To manage your account and provide access to Service features
• To process subscription payments and manage your subscription

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share your information only with:

Video recordings: We do not store video recordings. Videos are stored only on your device. You can delete videos at any time, and they will be permanently removed from your device.

Server-side data: We retain the following data on our servers: workout plans, workout logs, diet plans, meal logs, form check analysis results, HIIT session data, and progress tracking information. This data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@sensai.pt.

Usage data is retained for internal analysis to improve our Service. We may retain data longer if required by law.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information is processed at our operating offices and may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
